AV Field Project Manager

We are partnering with a high-integrity residential integration company to hire an AV Field Project Manager. This role offers a collaborative spirit, commitment to excellence, and a family-first culture. Responsibilities include overseeing job sites, managing scheduling updates, and leading project flow. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in custom AV integration, strong field experience, and excellent leadership and client management skills.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in the custom AV integration industry (project management required)
• Strong field experience—able to assess installs, correct mistakes, and provide technical oversight
• Proven leadership and client management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented—especially with scheduling and follow-through
• Natural influencer—able to motivate and raise the bar for field team performance
• Open to learning and willing to grow with a company that invests in its team
• Must live within 45 minutes of Sonoma (Napa, Santa Rosa, Marin, or Petaluma areas preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
