Job Description
We are seeking an AV Technician (Tech 2) who has moved beyond the "apprentice" stage and is ready to operate with a degree of independence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing fundamental installation tasks and refining their technical chops.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience working for a custom integration firm (CI)
- Strong proficiency in tool management, pre-wiring, and cable termination
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the role
- Polished communication skills and a professional appearance for client-facing environments
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of daily tasks
Benefits
