We are partnering with an established AV integrator in the Clearwater, FL area to bring on an Operations Manager who can drive performance, alignment, and execution across the field team and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years in AV operations, project management, or field leadership
• Experience managing crews and holding teams accountable
• Highly organized and love building systems that drive efficiency
