We are partnering with a custom integration company seeking an Outside Business Development Representative to drive new business and build strategic relationships across the Fort Worth and DFW market.
Requirements
- Proven success in business development, outside sales, or relationship-driven sales
- Experience working with builders, construction professionals, designers, or other adjacent industries
- Strong hunter mentality with the confidence to create opportunities and initiate new relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay motivated without heavy oversight
- Strong detail orientation and follow-through
- Positive attitude, humility, and willingness to learn
- Interest in technology and aptitude to learn residential systems and solutions over time
- Ability to work collaboratively with ownership and technical staff in a small team environment
