Job Description
Amplify seeks a Technical Business Analyst to optimize core business processes across the organization. The role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support the full operational lifecycle of the business and ensure technical solutions align with company goals.
Requirements
- Partner with Product Owners and operational stakeholders to define and prioritize system enhancements
- Facilitate communication across departments to identify potential changes to upstream or downstream processes
- Gather and document requirements for sophisticated system improvements
- Build business and technical workflows that support and outline the processes the business follows
- Independently extract and analyze data, identifying trends to validate business assumptions
- Perform/facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the configuration of the ERP and CRM systems
