Job Description
Amplitude is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Guides & Surveys product and team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering experience, 2+ years of mobile experience, and a strong product sense.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years of mobile experience
- Manage teams that ship fast and learn faster
- Shipped complex, high-impact products in fast-moving environments
- Strong opinions on architecture, code quality, and how to balance speed with scale
- Mastery of a modern stack (JS/TS, Python, AWS)
- Experience (or strong interest) in behavioral analytics
