Global Startup and Venture Program Lead

Amplitude is seeking a Global Startup and Venture Program Lead to run and evolve its Global Startup and Venture Program. The role requires a strategic, ecosystem-driven leader to engage founders, partner with VCs and incubators, and position Amplitude as the platform of choice for AI native startups worldwide.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in startups, venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, or growth programs
• Established relationships within the Bay Area VC and startup community
• Strong understanding of founder needs, product market fit challenges, and early-stage growth dynamics
• Experience building and scaling strategic programs that drive measurable adoption
• Demonstrated success in designing and running high-impact events and community initiatives
• Deep interest in AI native ecosystems and emerging technology trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for founders and investors
• Analytical mindset with experience defining program metrics and reporting on business impact
• Comfortable operating cross-functionally and influencing across Product, Sales, and Marketing
• A builder’s mindset with the ability to move quickly, think strategically, and execute thoughtfully
• Ability to travel ~10-15% of the time to Amplitude, partner, and industry events
