Job Description
Amplitude is seeking a Principal Product Manager, AI - People & Places to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of AI agents that take on high-volume tactical work in the People team, freeing the team to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience in HR/People Operations, hands-on experience with AI and automation, and a strong ability to earn trust with non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Map and audit People team processes to identify AI-ready opportunities
- Design and deploy AI agents and automations
- Serve as the People team's strategic AI advisor
- Define and track success metrics
