Amplitude is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join their Growth Marketing function. The role will focus on executing programs, optimizing workflows, and helping the team move toward a more AI-enabled, automated marketing engine. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations and a strong working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations with hands-on campaign execution experience
- Strong working knowledge of Marketo, including programs, Smart Lists, workflows, QA, and reporting
- Experience supporting demand gen programs like email campaigns, nurtures, webinars, and events
- Familiarity with Salesforce (leads, contacts, campaigns, and basic reporting/attribution)
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience working in a CMS (Sanity or similar)
