Job Description
Special Education Self-Contained Teacher responsible for administering and supervising educational programs for students with disabilities, teaching students, and carrying a caseload of special education students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education required
- Nevada Special Education License required
- At least two (2) years experience in special education preferred
- Working knowledge of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) required
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with students, staff, and parents
