General Counsel

AmpThink is seeking a seasoned General Counsel to join its executive team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary legal advisor for the company, overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Texas
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment or as in-house counsel
• Strong expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and employment law
• Proven track record of successful negotiation and drafting of complex contracts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
