Senior Structured Cabling Technician

AmpThink is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structured Cabling Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead on installing and maintaining structured cabling systems across a variety of high-profile venues and stadiums.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in structured cabling installation within commercial or large venue environments
• Strong understanding of cabling standards including ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and NEC
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with testing and certification of cabling systems using industry-standard equipment
• Knowledge of IP networking and data center infrastructure is a plus
• Certifications such as BICSI Installer, Fiber Optic Certification, or similar are preferred but not mandatory
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment, work in various environments, and perform tasks in adherence to safety protocols
