• Consistently craft high-quality beverages and food, adhering to recipes, presentation standards, and health and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, so team members can easily access equipment and ingredients
• Build relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and responding with clear and respectful communication
• Work with integrity and honesty, helping build the Starbucks culture, values, and mission
• Be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attend work regularly and punctually, so your team can rely on you
• Proudly wear the iconic green apron and follow dress code guidelines
• Adhere to store operating procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols
• Set a positive example for your team, maintaining a calm attitude in busy moments or unexpected situations
