Requirements

• Licensed attorney (with a second state exam)
• At least 10 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment
• Extensive experience in designing and negotiating complex contracts
• Experience in the consumer goods industry and in franchise, competition, and food law is beneficial
• Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and safe risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
