Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Collector to join our credit & collections team. As an Accounts Receivable Collector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding customer payments while maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate payment arrangements and effectively manage challenging customer interactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage a portfolio of accounts and meet collection targets
- Familiarity with accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems
