Job Description
Amsive is seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility's maintenance department and ensure all production and building equipment operates at peak reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Requirements
- Lead day-to-day activities of the maintenance department across all shifts
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventative maintenance (PM) program
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex equipment failures
- Establish and manage a work order system to capture, assign, and close maintenance requests
- Partner with production supervisors to schedule maintenance around production windows
- Manage relationships with equipment manufacturers, third-party vendors, and parts suppliers
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Monitor key maintenance metrics and report findings and trends to leadership
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring failures and implement corrective actions
- Recruit, onboard, and develop maintenance personnel
- Support capital equipment projects including installation and commissioning
