Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of building and engineering system maintenance (work experience with commercial properties - an advantage)
• High engineering education (construction, electrical/electronics, mechanics, building automation, etc.)
• Experience of a project manager in managing construction/construction work projects (up to 500,000 EUR)
• Driving license
