Logistics Technician

The Logistics Technician is a day position at the Marietta polystyrene plant, requiring knowledge and use of a workstation, computerized maintenance work order and shipment release system, and ability to safely operate plant equipment. The position involves routine operation of a basic control system, loading finished materials, and troubleshooting skills to resolve product quality, safety, and environmental problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be able to operate forklifts and track-mobile
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Work involves climbing stairs and ladders to access the top of railcars, trucks, and silos
• Must be able to work at heights on top of silos and blenders
