Construction Inspector - Transportation job opening at A. Morton Thomas & Associates, Inc. (AMT, Inc.) in Staunton, Virginia. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in spoken and written English language
- 0-6 years of highway construction experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of: Roadway, structure and bridge construction / maintenance / repair / rehabilitation methods, materials, standards and specifications.
- VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications, Road and Bridge Standards, Construction Manual, and Inspector Manual
- Required VDOT Certifications relevant to the work being inspected
- Nuclear Gauge Safety Training
- OSHA 10 Hour Training
