Job Description
AMT is seeking a Junior Project Accountant to assume a key role within the Accounting department at our Rockville, MD office. This is a Hybrid position with the ability to work remotely several days per week after a probationary period.
Requirements
- Review client contracts to ensure billing terms are accurately reflected and monthly billings are prepared in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing reports for Project Managers.
- Process, post, print, and distribute client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update project setup, billing schedules, and related records within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
