CNC Machinist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components.

What You Will Do

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mill or lathe) to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator, or similar role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CNC machine operation
• Familiarity with a range of CNC machinery (milling, lathes, etc.) and hand tools
• Experience with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.) and quality control techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on CNC machines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training in machining is a plus
