CNC Programmer/Machinist

Role Overview

We are looking for a CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. The role involves leading CNC-mill/lathe cell operations and working with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

The CNC Programmer/Machinist will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines, as well as performing in-process quality control and training junior machinists.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in tool-and die fabrication
• 6 years leading CNC-mill/lathe cell operations
• Proven proficiency with CNC set-up, programming (G-code, M-code, etc.) and CAM software (Mastercam or similar)
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• Understanding of inspection tools to perform in process quality control
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to safety
• Experience machining steels, alloys, aluminums, titanium, super alloys, plastics, composites, and AM parts
