Job Description
Assistant Vice President, Underwriting will lead the growth of large and complex account business development, project oversight, client relations, financial management and staff development, with a focus on workers compensation underwriting experience and strategic growth planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of underwriting experience in workers compensation
- Demonstrated success in program environment, underwriting management and influence
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, productive manner
- Strong communication skills, both written, oral and presentations
