Job Description
The Director, Product Management will lead and oversee the strategic development, prioritization, and implementation of technology solutions that enhance products, automation, pricing, and risk selection across the Commercial Lines organization.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product owner, or related roles, with a strong focus on implementing technology solutions in a small commercial or personal lines business.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product management, and insurance technology platforms. Knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
