Job Description
The Operations Manager, Accounts Receivable Collections position will oversee a team of eight or more employees responsible for clearing aged receivables through research, analysis, payment application, audit resolution, and third-party vendor management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive management experience in a production environment
- Insurance/Banking/Financial industry experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills and highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
