Job Description
AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for marketing and sales of Workers Comp, BOP, Commercial package, and other specialty lines coverages to independent agencies. The position requires a collaborative Sales Leader with strong communication skills and ability to read, analyze and champion for strategic initiatives and goals.
Requirements
- Sets appointments and conducts face-to-face meetings with independent insurance agencies and brokers
- Executes territory marketing strategy to drive new business premium growth
- Works closely with underwriting to monitor and follow-up on new business submissions and quoted accounts
- Trains agents on our products and underwriting appetite
- Trains agents on use of on-line quoting and account management systems
- Develops an annual Business Development Strategy for the assigned territory
