Job Description
The Property and Casualty Underwriter administers the underwriting of BOP, WC, package, commercial auto and umbrella accounts in compliance with company guidelines, individual line authority, and pricing standards.
Requirements
- Write and retain a profitable book of business through solid risk analysis, pricing and servicing
- Maintain compliance with state filings and adhere to corporate underwriting and pricing guidelines
- Provide timely processing of notices, quotes, binds and endorsements and other service requests
- Maintain outside client relationships
- Participate in underwriting related focus groups for product enhancements
