Staff Counsel II - California

Staff Counsel II responsible for managing a case load from inception to resolution in California, including pre-trial discovery, drafting pleadings, and presenting defense strategies in court.

Requirements

• California State licensed attorney.
• Knowledge of State laws, local court policies and procedures.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• 4-15 years' relevant practice group litigation experience.
• Multi-state Bar admittance (preferred).
• Experience with Team Connect legal software and dictation (preferred).
• Experience with the supervision and development of more junior attorneys (preferred)
