Job Description
Responsible for executing quality reviews on claims for Warranty and Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) lines of coverage and providing feedback and support training efforts across claims departments.
Requirements
- Conduct Claim File Audits: Regularly review Warranty and VSC claim files to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback on audit findings and recommend improvements to enhance claims quality.
- Quality Improvement: Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve Warranty and VSC claims handling.
