Responsible for managing Workers Compensation cases in the state of Florida from inception to resolution. Presents defense strategies in court and maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission and values.
Requirements
- Florida State licensed attorney
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation State laws and circuit court rules and procedures
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- 3+ years' relevant practice group litigation experience
