The Associate Social Media Specialist contributes to the management and growth of ESAN's corporate social channels by delivering high-quality content, maintaining the editorial calendar, and coordinating cross-functional inputs with greater autonomy.
Requirements
- Full proficiency in English; additional languages valued
- Around 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in corporate or agency environments
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their best practices
- Ability to support content planning, adapt briefs into posts, and manage daily channel operations
- Solid copywriting skills and basic visual communication understanding
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external agencies
- Ability to organize timelines, prioritize tasks, and support mid-level projects
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to prepare performance reports
- Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple requests simultaneously
- Up-to-date knowledge of key social trends and platform updates
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different levels of stakeholders
