Staff Software Engineer

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience to work on our cloud-based health care solution. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, building, and maintaining back-end Java services, guiding the technical direction, and mentoring a team of engineers.

Requirements

• Lead the design and development of server-side applications
• Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, estimate efforts, and influence system architecture decisions
• Implement and drive best practices for observability, monitoring, and synthetic testing
