Requirements
- 3+ years of recent Workers' Compensation customer service or underwriting support experience
- Solid understanding of Workers' Compensation concepts
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to review & analyze underwriting alerts, bureau data, and system indicators with sound judgment
