Social Media Manager (B2B Marketing)

We are a fast-growing, Great Place to Work®-certified staffing company that supports U.S.-based startups and businesses in building offshore teams. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us bring our vision to life through high-quality, strategic content that builds trust and attracts business owners looking for help with hiring.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B social media experience targeting U.S.-based companies (not consumer brands)
• Proven ability to grow and manage brand/founder accounts across Instagram, X, YouTube & TikTok
• Strong content writing and storytelling skills especially for startup and business audiences
• Ability to turn complex topics into digestible, engaging content formats
• Video editing skills for short-form content (e.g., reels, shorts, TikToks)
• Familiarity with video editing, social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, CapCut, Hootsuite, etc.)
