Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Product team at Anaconda, a company that advances AI with open-source at scale. As a Senior TPM, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering operations and product strategy, driving program strategy and execution across multiple concurrent engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex, multi-team programs in a technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated experience building programs from scratch in ambiguous environments where structure, process, and tooling did not previously exist
- Track record of managing 5+ concurrent strategic initiatives without a degradation in delivery quality or stakeholder communication
- Demonstrated ability to escalate risks and critical blockers to senior leadership, with documented examples of influencing outcomes through direct, timely communication
