Human Resources Manager, North America will deliver comprehensive, hands-on HR operational support throughout the North American region, leading and managing the regional HR team, and collaborating closely with regional leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a hands-on leadership role in HR
- Strong working knowledge of US and Canada employment law
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain dependable under pressure
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive matters
