Staff Backend Engineer

Anagram is a digital assets holding company focused on building and incubating innovative crypto projects. We are seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in the development of Glider.fi, a groundbreaking product in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering with a strong understanding of data systems, crypto trading, and performance monitoring.
• Strong expertise in Node.js (TypeScript), MySQL, Python
• Experience with time-series-based monitoring, liquidity analysis, and PNL optimization
• Familiarity with Verifier Networks like Eigenlayer
• Proficient in data modeling within the trading domain (ie schemas for Glider’s block strategies)
• Proven ability to design and implement novel solutions in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
• Data Expertise: A strong believer in data-based decision-making, with the ability to structure and analyze complex data models.
• Passion for Crypto: A deep interest in the cryptocurrency and decentralized finance ecosystem, with a desire to explore and expand what is possible on-chain.
