Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

Analog Devices is seeking a proactive, results-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and support the company’s continued growth. In this role, you will enhance operational performance by designing and implementing analytics-driven solutions that address evolving business challenges.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards.
• Provide data-driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
• Define, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision-making and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Apply advanced analytical and systems-thinking techniques to improve key business processes, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Supply Planning, Manufacturing Scheduling, Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Capacity & Materials Planning, and Project Management & Collaboration.
• Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to deliver analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and process improvements.
• Lead projects independently while providing technical guidance and consultation to team members and stakeholders.
