Requirements

• Manage external OSAT operations, ensuring suppliers maintain healthy and balanced production and engineering lot flow.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to track lot movement, ensure periodic shipment targets, and drive best-in-class cycle time performance.
• Develop, review, and present quarterly supplier performance scorecards, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery, cycle time, quality, and responsiveness.
