Job Description
Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking an Engineer for its Manufacturing Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process, E-Test/WAT and design concepts, and be able to lead team and work on highly competitive projects. The role requires proactive problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills, and experience in semiconductor manufacturing/testing, yield engineering or statistical processes domain.
Requirements
- Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process, E-Test/WAT and design concepts
- Able to lead team and work on highly competitive projects
- Proactive in finding out top issues in fab, WAT/ETest, wafer sort and final test
- Ability to drive process improvement, corrective and/or preventive action
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Result-orientation and solid attention to details
