Job Description
Support ADI product development sites in US, Europe, Asia and other ADI Sites; Design, develop and implement automated final test processing solutions for new semiconductor devices, modules and assemblies.
Requirements
- BS Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings (including GD&T)
- Familiar with manufacturing and fabrication techniques
- Strong Computer skills including experience with CAD, preferably Solidworks, and MS OFFICE
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience in a Semiconductor Test Manufacturing or workshop setting, including the use of tools and equipment for manufacturing, assembly and prototyping
