Analog Devices is seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer to lead the development of RFIC products across various markets. The role involves technical leadership, design evaluation, and mentoring. A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required, along with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred) or equivalent
- Typically requires 7+ years relevant experience
- Solid understanding of S-parameters, transmission line theory, and RF networks
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, design, simulate, and verify circuit performance at transistor level and behavioral/architectural level, with strong RF fundamentals
- Experience in circuit design environments such as Cadence and ADS
- Skills in electromagnetic simulators such as EMPro and/or HFSS (plus)
- Experience with test equipment and RF characterization (plus)
- Strong technical judgment and ability to develop resolutions to complex problems involving in-depth analysis and variable factors
- Motivated, results-oriented, and organized, with strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new topics quickly, take calculated risks, and operate effectively with ambiguity
- Ability to influence and promote teamwork and technical excellence within and beyond the immediate organization
