Program Manager (Staff Level)

Analog Devices is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the development of cutting-edge software product solutions and drive realization of strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will lead assigned programs through the lifecycle, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and driving both waterfall and Agile PM processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of related and progressive experience in program management within the software field
• MBA is a plus
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or strategic planning a plus
• Experience managing software projects with team members across the globe
• Strong technical background
• Ability to manage all aspects of programs, including technical, financial, legal, and customer interactions
• Proficiency in using program management tools to drive and report on projects
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive aggressive schedules
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• PMI certification and Scrum Master certification are advantageous
