Job Description
Analog/RF design engineer responsible for the design and verification of analog and RF/mm-wave circuits in integrated SiGe/CMOS RF/mixed signal Systems-on-Chip products.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Cadence, Mentor, & ADS Design, Verification & layout tools
- Working knowledge of 3-D EM tools such as EMX or SONNET
- Good interpersonal and teaming skills with ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- B.S.E.E. degree with a preferred graduation grade of Excellent and a graduation project related to the analog/RFIC field (or relevant industry experience)
