Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our customer-facing solutions team that supports a broad range of industry leading high-performance linear solutions and standard products in end applications such as industrial automation, instrumentation, automotive, and communication systems, with a focus on automotive systems.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE) or Computer Science (CS)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the design, implementation, and support of embedded software
• Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of software development languages, including C, C++, Python, and shell scripting
• Experience with embedded Linux and RTOS systems
• Experience with SCM (svn, git), cross compiler and in-circuit debugging tools
• Excellent software design, problem solving and analytical debugging skills
• Good understanding of electronics and embedded systems
• Ability to comprehend large and complex technical documentation
