Senior Product Engineer - RF

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Product Engineer - RF to support the development of RF/microwave designs for various industries. The successful candidate will lead complex electronic component development initiatives, provide product development expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality meets high standards of excellence.

Requirements

• Conduct analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in μWave/mmWave measurement techniques and test equipment.
• Provide product development expertise, leading system design, development, and implementation of new products from concept to launch.
• Lead qualification efforts for multiple product lines
• Independently design and develop required test hardware from concept to production for the new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer needs and requirements.
• Create technical documentations such as test plans, product datasheets, user guides.
• Independently evaluate, select, and modify standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Flexibility to work on a variety of projects with various levels of difficulty.
• Develop and maintain project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Continuously improve product development processes and methodologies.
