Job Description
Senior Test Engineer - Product Development role responsible for owning and driving CP / FT test solution development, NPI bring-up, and high volume manufacturing support for analog and mixed-signal IC products.
Requirements
- Define and own CP / FT test strategies
- Lead development, debugging, and optimization of ATE test programs
- Establish robust test methodologies
- Lead NPI test bring-up and ensure smooth transition into volume manufacturing
- Monitor production data and proactively identify yield degradation, test escapes, test stability or correlation issues
