Job Description
As a Staff Data Engineer at Analog Devices, you will build end-to-end analytical solutions that are highly scalable, performant, secure, and resilient. You will gather business and functional requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions aligned with Data Architecture guidelines.
Requirements
- Gather business and functional requirements
- Perform hands-on development work on data analysis, data provisioning, data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization
- Communicate the value of data clearly
- Develop in-depth subject matter-expertise in understanding key strategic data sources and data lineage within the organization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform root cause analysis of issues that hinder the data quality
- Work with data source owner to increase quality and accuracy of the source data
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking end-to-end ownership of data initiatives while collaborating closely with stakeholders and the wider team to deliver outcomes
