Job Description
This technical lead role will lead the Product and Test Engineering (PTE) activities on any new SOC product developed in the newly formed Software and Digital Business Unit (SDP). The role will lead PTE team that drives the post-silicon phase of the product development from first silicon to high volume production.
Requirements
- Design of innovative, reliable and efficient Probe and Test solutions on high performance digital & mixed signal ATE platforms (93K, Ultra-flex) for multisite parallel testing
- Development of the ATE software solutions as per the specifications
- Play a role in DFT/BIST definition & development, through direct involvement with the Design team early in the New Product Development, to reduce FFC and improve testability
- Execution of the Test development phase of projects including Silicon functionality, Characterization, Yield Analysis, Correlation & Offshore Production release on time
- Supervise, technically guide and participate in hiring of PTE team members needed for the new product development
