Job Description
Analog Devices is looking for a Staff RFIC Design Engineer to work with our RF Semiconductors team in Istanbul, Turkey. The role will drive product developments and take a lead role in solving complex technical problems.
Requirements
- M.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Typically requires 7+ years relevant experience
- Solid understanding of S-parameters, transmission line theory, and RF networks
- Experience in circuit design environments such as Cadence and ADS
- Skills in electromagnetic simulators such as EMPro and/or HFSS (plus)
- Demonstrated IC tape-out experience is needed
- Experience with test equipment and RF characterization (plus)
